Must-Do Activities in the Hautes-Pyrénées
Open from late April to late September, the campsite is close to several major tourist attractions, including Gavarnie and its cirque, Luz Saint Sauveur, Lourdes, and Cauterets. The Pic du Midi de Bigorre is also a must-see in the region, along with the Tourmalet route.
The hikes at Pont d’Espagne allow you to discover some of the most beautiful natural sites in the area, from Lake Gaube to the Vignemale massif, passing through the Lutour and Marcadau valleys. You can also explore the surrounding landscapes by driving along the passes of Aubisque, Soulor, Tourmalet, or Hautacam.

What activities are available for children at the campsite?+-
At the campsite, children can enjoy a playground, a bouncy castle, a swimming pool with a slide and paddling pool, a table tennis table, a volleyball court, table football, swings, a boules court and a tennis court, which is free to use and located 500 metres from the campsite.
What are the main services offered by the campsite?+-
From 1 May to 15 September, every evening, you can enjoy the campsite's takeaway snack bar. We offer pizzas, salads, burgers and more, which you can enjoy in your mobile home.
The bar is open during the day from 8.30am to 12pm and from 2.30pm to 8.30pm.
There is a convenience store next to the reception, open during the same hours as the reception.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. You will need to bring coins. The reception also sells laundry detergent by the unit if needed.
Finally, the aquatic area is open from 15 June to 15 September from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
How to get to the campsite?+-
By car from Toulouse (approx. 2 hours – 165 km):
- Take the A64 towards Tarbes / Lourdes / Pau. You can easily reach the motorway via the Toulouse ring road (follow the signs for A64 / E80).
- Follow the A64 for approximately 140 km, towards Tarbes then Lourdes.
- Exit 12: Lourdes/Argelès-Gazost/Bagnères-de-Bigorre.
- At the exit, follow signs for Lourdes, then continue towards Argelès-Gazost on the D821.
- You will soon arrive at Agos-Vidalos (second exit). The campsite is located on the main road (the D821) at 41 avenue du Lavedan.
Camping de la Tour – It is well signposted, and you will see the signs as you approach the village.
Once you arrive in the village, the campsite is the first on your left.
